Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and depend on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, the following shipping costs apply:
Germany:
– Flat rate €6.49
EU countries:
– Flat rate €9.99
or
– Depending on the destination country (displayed at checkout)
Delivery Time
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, delivery takes place:

Within Germany: 1–3 business days

Within EU countries: 3–7 business days
Start of Delivery Period
The delivery period begins:

For payment in advance (bank transfer): on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank

For all other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded
If the start or end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall begin or end on the next business day.
Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider commissioned by us (e.g. DHL).
Shipment Tracking
If available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email after dispatch of your order, including a tracking number.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to Packstation addresses is currently not possible.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address, failure to collect), we reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs incurred.
