Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.
Return Shipping Costs
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For returns from other EU countries, higher return shipping costs may apply.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery
(Section 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code – BGB)
(This applies in particular to opened or unsealed cosmetic products.)
