Shipping area

We deliver to Germany and to member states of the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and depend on the delivery country.

Germany:

– flat rate €3.99

EU countries:

– flat rate €9.99

Delivery time

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery time is:

Germany: 1–3 working days

EU countries: 3–7 working days

The delivery period begins:

in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the credit institution

For all other payment methods, the day after the contract is concluded.

If the start or end of a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the start or end of the deadline is postponed to the next working day.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by a shipping service provider commissioned by us (e.g. DHL).

Shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email, if available.

Returns & Cancellations

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Return

The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Returns from other EU countries may incur higher return shipping costs.

Returns excluded

For reasons of health protection and hygiene , sealed cosmetic products are excluded from return if the seal has been removed after delivery.

(§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return has been provided.
